Atakarma's first studio-live CD demonstrates their rawer, edgier sound in comparison to what has been heard on their previous home recorded EPs and albums. This EP features some of the band's most frequently performed songs taken from Answer Back (2/11), Colour Blind (9/11) and their self-titled EP (7/12).

On this live EP, Leo sang and played rhythm guitars, Gideon played rhythm and lead guitars, Elliot pumped the electric bass and Kieran hit the drums. This record was recorded, mixed and mastered by Elliot Roffe with the assistance of band members. It was engineered and produced by Atakarma. The lyrics were written by Leo and the songs were written and arranged by Atakarma.

This was recorded at Gloscol studios and the Leeds College of Music between August 2012 and May 2013.
